Seeing what a message did
Check who got a message, who opened it, and who booked or renewed afterwards.
Each message has its own results. Open a sent message from Notifications to see them.
What you see
- Who got it, split by push, email, text and in-app.
- Who opened or saw it, and when.
- Who did something afterwards, such as booking a class or renewing.
The last one tells you most. Plenty of members can open a message without booking anything.
Where else results show up
Opens, bookings and renewals also appear in Pulse, under Analytics, so you can compare a message against your other campaigns. Cortex records the same results in each member's history and uses them the next time it decides whether to message that member.
Two versions of one message
Cortex can send two versions of a message to two groups of members. It keeps the version more members open and stops sending the other. You see both versions and their numbers in the results.
Tip
Check results a day or two after sending. Email opens and bookings keep coming in for a while after the send.
