Sign-up and intake
Patients answer your health questions, verify their ID and sign consent on their phone, whenever suits them. Your team can see which intakes are in progress and where each one stalled.
Patients sign up, get seen by your providers and have their prescription sent to the pharmacy, all inside an app with your name on it. Refills and follow-ups keep them coming back. Built HIPAA-ready.
How it works
The four steps a patient goes through in your app. The row underneath is what your team sees at each one: how long intake took, when the visit is, what was prescribed and when the next refill is due.
One patient moving through four steps: sign-up and intake, provider review, prescription sent, then refills. A row beneath the steps shows what each one produced: intake done in 4 minutes 12 seconds, a visit booked for 2:40 PM, a 90-day prescription sent to the pharmacy, and the next refill due on day 30.
What's included
Patients answer your health questions, verify their ID and sign consent on their phone, whenever suits them. Your team can see which intakes are in progress and where each one stalled.
Each new patient goes into one list for a licensed provider in their state, with their answers listed at the top. Your doctors review and approve from that list.
Approved prescriptions go to the patient's pharmacy, mail-order or local, and the app shows you when each one is filled.
The app sends reminders for dose days, check-ins and refills, so a refill due Friday gets ordered on time. Follow-up visits happen in the same app.
Plenty of people start an intake and stop partway. The app flags each one and follows up: a reminder the next morning for someone who quit at midnight, a text for someone who stopped at payment.
A four-step sign-up funnel (started sign-up, finished questions, saw a provider, got a prescription) where dashed arrows show follow-ups bringing patients who dropped off back in.

An example GLP-1 app under your brand, in week six at 1.0 milligrams: a dose-day calendar with tonight's dose, the dosing plan on its third step, a nausea check-in shared with the care team, a weight trend down 8.8 pounds, and a morning reminder that tonight is dose night.
GLP-1 programs
Patients see their dose days, where they are in their dosing plan and how their weight is trending. When they report a side effect, it lands in your care team's queue.
If you already work with a medical group, a pharmacy or a records system, the app connects to them. Your providers keep using the tools they know, and patients handle visits and refills from your app.
