This policy describes how Click Digital Interactive, Inc. (“Click Digital”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through clickdigitalinteractive.com (the “Site”). It applies to the Site only — data processed inside the Click Digital platform on behalf of our clients is governed by the agreements we sign with those clients, not by this policy.
Information we collect
The only personal information we collect on the Site is what you choose to send us through our contact and demo-request forms: your name, company, work email address, an optional link to your app, and your message. If you use the question box in our help center, we also receive the question you type. The Site has no user accounts, and we do not collect payment information.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare demos, and follow up about our products and services. We do not use it for automated decision-making, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.
The help center question box
When the question box in our help center is available, the question you type, along with the earlier questions and answers in the same conversation, is sent to our AI provider, which writes the answer from our published help articles. We do not save your questions on our servers. To limit misuse, your IP address is held in memory for up to ten minutes so we can cap how many questions can be asked, and is not stored. Our AI provider processes questions under commercial terms that do not allow it to train its models on them. Please do not type personal, health or payment details into the box; for anything about a specific account, email us instead.
Cookies and analytics
The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies for analytics — to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how the Site performs. Analytics data is not used to build advertising profiles, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the Site remains fully usable without them.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information — yours, or our clients’ — to anyone, for any purpose.
When we share
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site — for example, an email delivery provider that carries your form submission to our inbox, or the AI provider that answers questions typed into the help center question box — and only as needed to provide that service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety or property.
Retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain a record of our business relationship, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. California residents may exercise the rights granted by the California Consumer Privacy Act through the same address; we honor those requests regardless of where you live, and we will never treat you differently for making one.
Security
Form submissions are encrypted in transit, and access to them is limited to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we design conservatively — see our Security page for how we approach infrastructure.
Children
The Site is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page.
