Running campaigns on autopilot
Pick a goal and Cortex runs a set of campaigns toward it, sending more through the ones that work.
With autopilot on, you pick a goal, such as fewer cancellations or more trials converting. Cortex starts the campaigns, pauses the ones that aren't moving the number and sends more through the ones that are.
A typical set of campaigns
- Welcome: new members in their first 14 days.
- Win-back: members who cancelled in the last 90 days.
- Check-in: members with no visit in 7 days.
- Streak save: members about to break a streak.
- Upgrade: monthly members likely to switch to annual.
What each status means
- Running: the campaign is sending as normal.
- Sending more: it's moving your goal, so more members go through it.
- Paused: it isn't helping right now, so Cortex has stopped it.
Autopilot tracks what the campaigns do to retention, the number of messages sent and revenue. You see those numbers alongside the list of campaigns.
Turning it on or changing the goal

Good to know
Campaigns on autopilot follow your quiet hours, weekly limit and brand voice, the same as any other message.
