Approving a Cortex suggestion
Review what Cortex suggests on your Dashboard, then approve it or dismiss it.
When Cortex suggests a campaign for a group of members, such as a check-in for members who haven't visited in a week, a suggestion card appears on your Dashboard.
What the card shows
- Which members it's for and the message it would send.
- The numbers behind the suggestion, so you can check it before you say yes.
Approving or dismissing
- Open the Dashboard and read the suggestion card.
- Select Approve & schedule to go ahead. Cortex messages those members and keeps following up with them.
- Or select Dismiss if you don't want it. Nothing is sent.
An approved suggestion still follows your quiet hours and weekly limit. A member who has already had their messages for the week waits until the limit allows another.
Suggestions from Pulse
When you ask Pulse a question, such as why cancellations went up, it answers with a chart, the numbers behind it and the members involved, and can suggest outreach to those members. Approving it there works the same way.
Tip
If a suggestion keeps coming back and you never want it, tell your account team. They can adjust what Cortex suggests for your business.
