Finding members who are slipping away
Spot members whose visits are dropping before they cancel, and reach them in time.
Most members who cancel stop coming first. Pulse looks for that drop so you can contact them while they're still members.
Groups whose visits are dropping
Pulse flags groups of members whose attendance is falling, such as the 6 a.m. regulars who have missed two weeks. Open a group to see who is in it.
Where members drop off
Pulse shows the points where people stop, such as the end of the free trial or the week after a price change, with a list of the members you can still contact.
The week new members stop coming
The retention chart has one row for each month of new members and one column for each week after they joined. Darker means more of that month's members are still coming. If the color fades in week three every month, week three is when to contact them.
Doing something about it
- Open the group or ask Pulse, for example "Who stopped coming in the last two weeks?"
- Look at the suggested next step and the numbers behind it.
- Approve the outreach. Cortex messages those members and follows up.
Good to know
Cortex treats each member differently. Devon, who looked at the cancel page, gets a comeback plan after a workout. Sam, who usually comes back alone after a break, gets nothing until day 14.
