Revenue reports

See which classes, programs and campaigns bring in money, and what a new member is worth.

Revenue reports are part of Pulse, in Analytics. They show where your money comes from and which parts of your business are busy without paying for themselves.

What makes money

Compare classes, programs and campaigns by the revenue they bring in. A packed class with mostly free-trial members can look busy and earn very little.

What a new member is worth

Three days after someone joins, Pulse estimates what they'll spend in their first ninety days. That tells you how much you can spend to sign up the next one, for example on ads or a referral reward.

Revenue from messages

Message results show who renewed or bought after a message. Pulse adds these up by campaign, so you can see which campaigns paid for themselves.

Getting the numbers out

  1. Open Analytics and find the report, or ask Pulse a question such as "What was revenue by program last month?"
  2. Export it to a spreadsheet if your accountant or bookkeeper needs it.

Good to know

Individual payments, refunds and failed charges are in Billing. New payments also appear in the Activity feed as they happen.
