What's in the copy
- Each member record, with their full activity history
- Visit history and payments
- Each message sent, and what happened after it
- Each Cortex decision, with its reason and the data behind it
- The activity log of who viewed or changed member records
Everything comes in standard formats that a spreadsheet, or any other provider, can open.
While the data is with us, Cortex uses it for your app only. It's never used to train AI for another business, and it's never sold. See how Cortex decides.
A regular copy in your own accounts
Helix can also copy your data to your own cloud account, or to spreadsheets your finance team can open, on a schedule you set. To set this up, contact your account team and tell them where the copy should go.
Tip
If you only need a list of members for a mailing or a headcount, exporting from Members is quicker than a full download.
Good to know
A full copy contains health data if your business collects it. Store it somewhere only the right people can open.
