The activity log
Each time someone views or changes a member record, it's logged with their name, and nobody can edit the log.
The activity log is a record of each time someone on your team views or changes a member record. Each entry has the person's name against it. Nobody can edit the log, including our team.
What it's for
- Answering a member who asks who has looked at their record
- Finding out who changed a member's details, and when
- Showing an auditor or your lawyer how health data is handled
The activity log and the Activity feed
These are different. The Activity feed in the sidebar shows what members are doing in your app: sign-ups, finished workouts and payments. The activity log records what your staff do with member records.
Getting entries from the log
The log is included when you download a full copy of your data. If you need the entries for one member or one staff member, contact your account team and tell them who and which dates.
Tip
The log only names people correctly if each person has their own login. Make sure nobody on your team shares one.
