Changing your app's look and features
What you can change yourself in App settings, and what goes through our team.
Your app was designed around your brand before launch. After that, App settings is where you keep it up to date: your app's name, colours, logo and the features members see.
Making a change
- Open App settings from the sidebar.
- Change the colour, logo or feature you want.
- Save your changes, then open the app on your own phone and check how it looks.
Changes that go through the stores
The app's name and the icon on a member's home screen are part of the version in the App Store and Google Play. When you change either one, our team submits an update and members see it once the stores approve it.
When to contact your account team
- You're changing your brand and want screens redesigned to match
- You want a feature you don't see in App settings
Tip
When you pick a new brand colour, check it on a phone outdoors. A colour that looks fine on your monitor can be hard to read in bright light.
Good to know
You only see App settings if your role allows it. If it's missing from your sidebar, ask whoever manages your team's access.
