After the first prescription, the app keeps patients on their plan. It sends reminders for dose days, check-ins and refills, so a refill due Friday gets ordered in time.

Side effects and check-ins
When a patient reports a side effect in a check-in, it goes into your care team's queue. A provider can read it, reply, and book a follow-up visit if the patient needs one.
Refills
The app reminds the patient before a refill is due. Refill requests reach your providers, and an approved refill goes to the patient's pharmacy the same way as the first prescription.
Tip
If a side effect a patient reports sounds urgent, have a provider contact them directly instead of waiting for the next check-in.
