Finding a member
Search for a member by name or email, and narrow the list by plan, status or when they joined.
Open Members in the sidebar. The list shows each member's plan, when they last used the app and their status, so you can often find who you need without opening anyone's profile.
Searching
- Open Members.
- Type a name or email address into the search box at the top.
- Select the member to open their profile.
Narrowing the list
Use the filters above the list to show members on one plan, members with a particular status, or people who joined in a certain period. If the list looks shorter than you expect, check which filters are applied and clear the ones you don't need.
The profile is where you see a member's plan, how they pay and their full history. Open it before you reply to a question or a complaint.
Tip
Searching by email is the quickest way to find someone with a common name.
Good to know
If you can't find someone, ask which email they used to sign up in the app. Members often use a personal address in the app and a different one when they talk to your staff.
