Pick a member to see what Cortex would send them
Riley — day 2 of trial. Signed up Tuesday. Finished the intro workout. Looked at annual pricing. Set a goal of 4 workouts a week. Cortex decision: SEND — In-app · next time Riley opens the app. Message: You set 4×/week. Here's a plan that makes week one feel easy. Why: Riley looked at annual pricing and set a goal in the first two days. Help Riley keep going. Don't sell yet.

Send times per member
Each member gets messages at the hour they usually open the app.

Limits you set
Quiet hours and a cap on how often anyone hears from you. Cortex stays under both.

Written in your voice
Messages follow your brand's tone and word list, and your team can review them first.

What's in the console
Your team logs in to one place to manage members, messages, revenue and, if you offer it, telehealth. Type a question and the console answers with the numbers behind it.

An estimate to start a conversation. It assumes no new signups and that the members you keep cancel at the lower rate afterward. The 38% default is the average retention lift across apps on the full platform.

How we work
The same in-house team designs, builds, launches and runs your app.
01
Design
We design the app around your brand, your programs and how your members train.
02
Build or move
One team builds the phone, TV, watch and web versions. If you're on another platform, we move your members, videos and billing over.
03
Launch
We handle the app store submissions, set up subscriptions and run the servers.
04
Run
After launch we host it and ship the updates. Your team runs the business from the console.
Questions owners ask us
Anything else, email us at info@clickdigitalinteractive.com
Who owns the member data?
You do. Member records, activity and content belong to your business, and you can take a full copy whenever you want. The app goes into the stores under your brand, and we build and run it for you.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many members use the app, how much of the platform you need, and whether we're building the app as well. After a 30-minute call we send you a price in writing.
How long until we launch?
We give you a launch date before we start. We have scalable teams to meet any deadline.
We're already on another platform. What does moving involve?
Our team does the move: members, videos, subscriptions and billing history. Your old system keeps running until the numbers match, so members don't lose their history or their subscription.
Where does it all run?
On Google Cloud. We've run our own infrastructure since 2012, and health data is handled to HIPAA standards.
